Shipping Policy

At Backwoods, we work hard to get your order harvested, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons, such as Palm Sunday and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Shipping 
We ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Shipping speed and cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order UNLESS it is free shipping. The Customer must provide their own personal carrier or box truck on bulk orders and handle all logistics pertaining to the customers order; if the customer wishes to provide their own freight they must contact us directly to schedule freight pick up time.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Fresh Product Shipping
Many of our products are fresh-cut natural materials. Because of this, orders are packed carefully and kept in a refrigerator before shipping to help maintain freshness during transit. We recommend selecting a faster shipping method when ordering fresh foliage or palms.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package while it is on the way.

Shipping Delays
Backwoods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
